Queen Hilda exemplifies the Evil Matriarch trope, happily supports Child Hunts (for reference, even her husband Bloom doesn't like them), and takes such pleasure in killing off Tailtiu/Ethnia that her attempts to take revenge for her son and fight for her country are put aside so you can see how much of an evil bitch she is.
